Caranya :<br />
Kocok manual telur dan gula pasir, sampai gula larut saja, tambahkan santan dan air hangat, campur adonan basah dan kering, tambahkan mentega leleh atau minyak goreng.<br />
Panaskan pan kue cubit, (saya pakai pan takoyaki) sapu dengan sedikit minyak goreng. Tuang adonan 3/4 tinggi. masak dengan api kecil, tunggu sampai kue berlubang, tutup dan angkat saat kue matang (sekitar 2 menit)<br />

Sajikan hangat. Bisa juga ditambah topping sesuai selera, misalnya Keju parut atau coklat beras.<br />

Bubur Sagu Ambon merupakan makanan masa lalu yg sudah mulai langka. Untuk saya, Bubur sagu ambon mengingatkan masa anak-anak. Rasa bubur yang lembut meleleh dilidah. Manis dan gurih.<br />

Bahan :<br />
200 gram Sagu Ambon (rendam selama 6 Jam dalam 1 liter air) tiriskan<br />
200 gram Gula merah (iris)<br />
1200 ml air<br />
1 sdt garam<br />
1 batang (5 cm) Kayu manis<br />
2 lembar daun pandan<br />
200 ml Santan kental (masak dengan 2 lembar daun pandan dan sedikit garam) untuk topping<br />
<br />
Cara Membuatnya :<br />
Masak Air, kayu manis, gula merah dan daun pandan, sampai gula merahnya larut.<br />
Masukkan Sagu Ambon yg telah direndam, aduk sampai matang (sekitar 7 menit).<br />
Sajikan dengan Topping santan.<br />

Kali ini saya share minuman herbal hangat dan segar yang biasa saya buat untuk keluarga. Minuman ini baik sekali diminum saat kondisi badan menurun atau terasa menggigil. Bahan dasarnya hanya rimpang Jahe (jahe segar) dan Madu murni.<br />

Resep dibawah ini untuk 1 botol isi 1 Kg Jahe Madu. Bisa untuk persediaan selama 2 minggu.<br />
Bahan :<br />
500 gram Jahe segar (rimpang Jahe)<br />
500 ml Madu Murni<br />

Cara Membuatnya :<br />
Bakar rimpang Jahe diatas kompor sampai kulitnya agak kehitaman<br />
Kupas kulitnya, potong kecil-kecil jahenya kemudian haluskan dengan mesin Grinder<br />
Campurkan Madu dan Jahe halus, aduk rata. Simpan dalam wadah tertutup dalam suhu ruang.<br />
<br />
Cara Membuat Minuman Segar Jahe Madu :<br />
1 sendok jahe madu, masukkan kedalam gelas. Seduh dengan 100 ml air hangat, aduk dan saring.<br />
Minuman siap dinikmati, apabila suka minuman dingin, tambahkan air dingin 100 ml.<br />
Baik sekali diminum 1x setiap hari.<br />

50 gram garam<br />
Air untuk merebus dan melarutkan garam dan gula<br />

Cara membuatnya :<br />
1. Rebus buah pala yang sudah dikupas dan diambil bijinya dalam air mendidih selama 3 menit. Matikan api dan angkat.<br />
2. Larutkan garam dengan 1 liter air dalam panci, rendam pala yg sudah direbus tadi selama 2 jam. Tiriskan. Iris / bentuk Pala sesuai keinginan.<br />
3. Larutkan 1 Kg gula pasir dengan 500 ml air dalam panci, masak sampai gula larut. Matikan api dan angkat. Rendam pala yang sudah ditiriskan dalam larutan gula selama 2x24 jam.<br />
4. Tiriskan, pala bisa dijemur 24 jam bila ingin Manisan Pala kering. Larutan gula perendam pala simpan dalam botol, menjadi sirup rasa pala yang nikmat.<br />

Selai buah Nanas biasanya dibuat pada saat menjelang lebaran untuk isi kue Nastar.<br />
Resep dibawah ini saya buat untuk Selai Nanas sekitar 530 gram<br />

Bahan :<br />
1 buah Nanas segar (sekitar 1,5 kg)<br />
300 gr gula pasir<br />
1 batang kayu manis<br />
6 buah cengkih<br />
sedikit garam<br />
<br />
Cara membuatnya :<br />
Kupas kulit nanas, potong, dan haluskan dengan cara diparut atau dengan food prosessor.<br />
Masak nanas parut dalam panci dengan cengkih dan kayu manis sampai airnya berkurang, tambahkan dengan gula pasir dan garam, masak sekitar 20 menit sampai kental dan berwarna kuning kecoklatan. Angkat, simpan dalam wadah untuk isi nastar.<br />

Cara membuatnya :<br />
Cuci bersih kolang kaling, rendam dalam air cucian beras selama 1 jam.<br />
Siapkan wajan diatas api sedang, masak kolang kaling dengan daun pandan dan daun jeruk sebentar sampai airnya keluar. Masukkan gula merah dan garam, aduk sampai gula mencair dan masak selama 10 menit sampai air agak menyusut. Angkat, dinginkan dalam suhu ruang 1 jam dan simpan dalam wadah tertutup di dalam kulkas. Nikmat disajikan dengan es buah<br />
